Full Time Senior Administrator Warragul/DrouinWhat would be your duties and responsibilities?Administration and ReceptionYoull be working from our reception desks in our front-of-house administration teams. Working in this role youll be exposed to the range of issues, challenges and opportunities our clients present which will fast track your real-estate education. Whilst working in this position youll be responsible for greeting clients, assisting with client enquiries in person, via phone and over email. Youll also ensure the office is well presented and that other departments such as rental, sales and management have any administrative needs met.Internal CommunicationsIn this role, youll be at the centre of a lot of communication, from staff to clients, from clients to staff, youll become an expert in using our internal communications system to ensure messages are passed on and acted upon, assisting us to maintain a high standard of customer service.Property Management TeamWhat will be exciting about this role is that youll be exposed first hand to all that our business does. You will assist our Property Management team with rental files, taking tenancy applications and information, receipt payments, update property listings, provide rental lists to prospective tenants and assist with general enquiries.Sales TeamYoull get to know our Sales Team and their processes, youll assist by uploading and completing sales files, managing brochures and resources, alterations to listings, enquiries (walk-in/phone/online), settlements and database/contact management. Your customer service and internal communication will combine to create sales opportunities.Other Duties & Tying It All TogetherIn this role and a team like ours, there will always be opportunities to grow and take on new challenges; there will also always be bins that need taking out, meeting rooms that need a tidy up and a list of tasks to ensure were providing a great service to our clients.
