Were seeking a Cost & Inventory Analyst to support our client in the Greater Cleveland area. This role plays a critical part in financial reporting, inventory management, and process improvements across operations.What Youll Do:Inventory & Cost Analysis Manage inventory tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure cost accuracy.Financial Reporting Prepare journal entries, monthly absorption reporting, and financial statements for review by the Controller and senior management.Manufacturing Accounting Support month-end close, cost allocation, and reconciliation of financial data for manufacturing divisions.Process Improvement Identify and implement efficiencies in financial and inventory operations.Collaboration & Compliance Work with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.What You Bring:Experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in manufacturing.Strong inventory management and cost accounting skills.Proficiency in accounting software (NAV, I-pad Job Cost System) & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are ready to make an impact, wed love to hear from you!
