Are you looking for a role that delivers positive outcomes, then, read on!About the roleIn this role, youll lead the implementation of our refreshed competency framework and partner the business to enhance our capability in areas including digital mindset, communicating for impact, performance and achievement, and change and innovation.Youll also partner with leaders and staff of our operational teams who deliver safe drinking water to our community, to enhance the approaches, processes and programs we lean on to develop these teams. An experienced OD professional, youll support leaders to drive performance through individual and group coaching, as well as design and facilitate learning programs and workshops.Youll build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation and support the maturity of our programs using identification of learning trends and reporting metrics. Youll also be responsible for our Learning Management System (ELMO), and supporting the People Officer role to effectively administer the system.About YouYou have exceptional facilitation skills, together with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You influence and engage others at all levels of the organisation, and build rapport with ease, leading to strong trusted relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and your experience across a broad range of learning and training programs will bring value to the close-knit team.An OD professional, your tertiary qualifications will see you provide expertise in organisational, employee and team development through applying learning and design methodologies. You have a strategic approach to the programs you lead, with the ability to unpack and navigate team dynamics.
