We''re working exclusively with a fast-scaling, founder-led organisation that''s revolutionising how professional service businesses transition into private ownership. Following success in the veterinary space, theyre launching a new sub-brand focused on smaller practice sales and need an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead it.Youll work side-by-side with the founder to launch a brand-new business unit, build its systems, hire the early team, and lay the foundations for expansion into new verticals such as dental and health.This isnt a job for a maintainer. Its for a builder, an operator, a hands-on leader who knows how to take something from zero to scale.Details:Remote role (AU-based, supporting North American expansion)up to $200,000 AUD Inc Super + $40,000 performance bonusContractor engagement model: This role will be structured as an independent contractor agreement.
