Residents from HammondCare Aged Care home in Woy Woy love to go sightseeing around the local area. You will be accompanied by a care staff member who will assist residents to their seats, look after their care needs, and ride alongside them.Your ImpactVolunteering as a social visitor and driver can be a rewarding experience, both for the residents and yourself. Regular outings help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation among older people.
