About Your New Role We have a fabulous opportunity to join our Safety team as their Senior Safety Manager Manufacturing. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, your role is to lead the deployment and governance of Safety & Health strategies, plans, projects, and systems across Manufacturing Operations to ensure our people go home to what they love. What will you be doing? Contribute to the development of the Australian Health & Safety strategy, aligned to the business strategy and strategic business priorities. Design and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve QESH strategic priorities. Lead the implementation of the Health & Safety frameworks, tools, processes, and reporting to ensure effective system implementation, change management, and governance. Partner across CCEP stakeholders to plan for, respond to, and solve critical safety issues and incidents as they occur. Build, develop, and maintain strong collaborative relationships across CCEP teams, providing effective communication, insight, and proactive escalation on issues or incidents. Lead, mentor, and coach the safety team to create an environment where our people can thrive. Work with operations leadership to align resources for safety projects within budget and quality objectives. Establish routines to monitor and report on Safety programs and initiatives. Lead problem solving using methodologies like Learning Teams, Human & Organisational Performance, and Root Cause Analysis. Seek industry best practices to raise team capability and incorporate new thinking into Safety programs. Anticipate and respond to market, environmental, and regulatory developments to proactively improve safety and wellbeing. Key Contact To TCCC And Other Business Partners Build close relationships with the CCEP Central QESH team, TCCC technical team, and Australian enterprise for alignment. Build a network of external partners and experts to represent the company. Lets talk about you! Minimum 5 years of technical experience in a similar role (FMCG experience desirable). Strong knowledge of Safety Legislation, regulations, and ISO45001 Safety Management Systems. Experience managing critical risks including machinery, hazardous energy, and contractor management. Leadership experience of technical teams. Knowledge of Workplace Safety programs, Human Factors, and legal requirements.
