The role is based in our Griffith Office (Banna Avenue) and will assist across the entire business; Australia wide.The position will play a vital role in supporting the current team across the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, reporting and data analysis, offboarding and general payroll and HR administration.About ProTenProTen is Australias largest corporate meat chicken grower, setting the standard in broiler farm operations and development. You will have the ability to exercise initiative and judgement often dealing with confidential information. You are efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You are a proven self-starter who is able to work well in a small team that may be geographically spread around different offices/work sites.Ideally, you will have strong experience with technology, including ability to analyse data to produce clear and concise reports, use of corporate technology including Microsoft Office suits, systems such a HRIS, Payroll processing systems, financial systems, or with electronic document management.The successful applicant must have the right to work in Australia and be an open minded, passionate, competent, and hands-on.
