In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the regional small business banking team that focuses on customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it, and winning together. Undertake sales requirements for a portfolio of Small Business Agri & Diversified customers Build relationships with Business Partners to create and action new business opportunities Manage Salesforce opportunities & national leads Retain existing customers through targeted activities Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits Coach and role model positive behaviours across the team Manage lending and product requests for small business customers Understand customer needs to provide holistic banking solutions Manage customer complaints and escalations until resolution Coach and develop less experienced bankers and associates Drive risk management and compliance within the portfolio Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners, other Business Partners) Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver excellent service. Youll need: A genuine passion for customer service Experience or background in Agriculture or Agribusiness (preferred) Experience in a lending role Experience managing customer relationships and credit processes Strong financial and business acumen Problem solving, time management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
