Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing a safe, high-quality, person-centred catering, cleaning, and laundry services that positively impacts the health and wellbeing of our residents.Youll shape and standardise best practice across our Care Communities, elevate food and service experiences, ensure compliance, and continuously drive improvement in line with our Opal Food Philosophy and Operational Excellence strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead the national hospitality programDrive personalised resident experiences aligned to our hospitality strategyDevelop hospitality team capability across all care communitiesGuide the delivery of consistent, high-quality catering, cleaning and laundry operationsOversee food safety and regulatory complianceLead the development and continuous improvement of standard operating proceduresMonitor key performance indicators and support Care Community leaders to achieve targetsLead a team of Hospitality Consultants and regional relief chefsAbout You:Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, Social Services, Hospitality, or a related field5+ years senior leadership experience in a related fieldExperience in project coordination, change management and/or process developmentProven experience working in a national and/or multi-state operationStrong track record in leading diverse teams across regional environmentsExperience working within a regulated environment (advantageous)Skilled in managing large-scale budgetsHighly desired experience in food services and housekeeping managementAll applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare''s police check system and undergo pre-employment medical. #J-18808-Ljbffr
