Apply now and help build a brighter future for Queensland!About the roleAs a Client Service Officer, you will: Provide clear and accurate information to stakeholders about Queensland''s vocational education and training (VET) programs and services. Support program delivery by helping with promotions, interviewing stakeholders and participants, visiting workplaces, conducting surveys, entering data, and applying relevant policies and legislation. Handle a variety of admin tasks using department systems and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, record-keeping systems, event management platforms, and online registration systems. Help track and monitor projects and programs by doing basic research and analysis to support team goals and meet performance targets. Suggest ways to improve work processes and procedures by using creative thinking and problem-solving skills.What we are looking forWe''re looking for someone who has: A good understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn about) the department''s training programs, services, and how they are delivered, including knowledge of relevant procedures and legislation. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and support others. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with good judgement when following established procedures.
