Construction Recruiter @Tiello || Building Teams for Tomorrow in the AEC IndustryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in access control, IP video surveillance, and alarm systems. This role bridges the gap between our sales and technical teams by providing expert consultation, system design, and technical support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading platforms including Lenel S2, Galaxy Control Systems, NetBox, Axis, Milestone, and Bosch, and will play a critical role in driving customer success and revenue growth.What Youll Do:Partner with the sales team to design and propose tailored security solutionsConduct site surveys and prepare technical designs, BOMs, and proposalsDeliver engaging product demos, technical presentations, and trainingProvide pre-sales technical support and help close dealsStay on top of industry trends and help position us ahead of the competitionWork closely with customers, integrators, and internal teams to ensure project successQualifications:35 years in a sales engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roleStrong hands-on experience with access control, IP video, and alarm systemsTechnical expertise with Lenel S2, Galaxy, NetBox, Axis, Milestone, BoschSolid understanding of IP networking and system integrationExcellent communication skills you can translate tech speak into business valueAbility to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel to customer sites as neededCertifications in Lenel S2, Milestone, Axis, or similar platformsExperience working with system integrators, consultants, or enterprise clientsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission/bonusProfessional development & certification opportunitiesA collaborative, innovative team working on leading-edge technologyTiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
