The Philanthropy Lead will develop and execute engagement plans for major donors across various research projects and support acquisition targets to grow our major giving pipeline. Working with diverse stakeholders, you should be agile, responsive, self-motivated, and capable of driving action and change. We are a passionate, collaborative team working toward curing childhood cancer as we transition into the Minderoo Childrens Comprehensive Cancer Centre. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing bespoke engagement plans for supporters alongside the Philanthropy Relationship Manager. Tracking and reporting on philanthropic activities impact. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders through online and face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships. Inspiring supporters to deepen their partnership with our institute. Partnering with the Marketing and Fundraising team to support external communications, donor engagement, and events. Managing project delivery, donor communications, and events using tools like Monday.com. Qualifications and skills required: Experience in fundraising or the commercial sector working with mid-high value supporters/clients and delivering excellent customer service. Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com. Critical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and budgets.
