Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of both the Health Club and Pool areas, while actively looking for opportunities to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.A few of your responsibilitiesCreate a welcoming environment for all guests at The Turbines Health Club and Darling PoolPrepare and serve beverages, and assist with food service from In Room DiningProvide guests with instructions on exercise equipment when requestedMaintain cleanliness of all front and back of house areasEnter the pool and assist individuals when requiredWhat we will be looking forCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateNSW RSA Card (or interim certificate)Outstanding presentation and communication skillsConfident to make quick decisionsFlexibility to work across the pool and health club operational hoursAbout youWith your unique experience and skills in customer service and first aid training, you will ensure that every guest has a safe and memorable experience. Your approachable and helpful demeanour will see you as the first point of contact for our guests during their time relaxing, exercising or exploring the properties facilities.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Recreation team at The Star.
