Located among the worlds premier cities and resort destinations, each custom-designed Park Hyatt hotel combines distinct regional character with elegant brand touches.We are looking for a professional and friendly Senior Butler to join our team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensures the delivery of the Park Hyatt promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.Knowledgeable of all Park Hyatt Sydney facilities, including event spaces, spa, restaurant, bar, and in-room dining menus to confidently recommend to guests.Make contact with hotel guests during their stay and offer to organize a wide range of services and arrangements by professionally and efficiently handling their requests.Main point of contact for VIP guests throughout their stay for all requests.Inspect rooms prior to arrival and ensure guest preferences and setups are honored, and the room is immaculately presented.Prepare and manage daily VIP amenities and special request guest rooms.Offer personalized and pre-emptive service tailored to suit the individual preferences of each guest.Proficient in the duties and tasks of housekeeping, concierge, and in-room dining roles and adaptable to fulfill the specifications of these positions when required or delegated by management.QualificationsWell-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and Outlook.Strong time management skills.Extremely organized with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment.Current NSW RSA Certificate.Extensive knowledge of Sydney and surrounds (including restaurants, bars, services, etc.).Preferable knowledge of the Travel/Hotel Industry.Working at Park Hyatt Sydney will include:Access to employee benefits such as complimentary shift meals, discounts for the Spa and all Food and Beverage outlets.Access to complimentary and discounted Hyatt accommodation worldwide.Access to internationally recognized learning and development programs and opportunities.Access to an employee assistance program and paid family leave benefits.Being part of a diverse and inclusive team, passionate about their work.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
