You will:Spearhead the continued development and expansion of our digital lending capabilities, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience across all channels.Support and enhance our end-to-end lending strategies to grow the lending portfolio while upholding risk and compliance standards.Lead and mentor the Lending Services team to deliver exceptional service and results.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including 3rd party providers.Be based full time in the Northern Rivers Region and represent SCCU in the local community, building our profile and customer base.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Experience driving digital transformation within lending services, including leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and business growth.Demonstrated success in all aspects of lending, business development, and digital lending innovation.Proven hands-on people and sales leadership experience in the direct, broker, and digital financial services sector.Strong financial acumen and understanding of the entire end to end lending experience across multiple channels including credit, lending, operations, compliance and risk frameworks.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, customer-first mindset aligned with SCCUs values of Trust, Care, and Responsibility.The ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.How to ApplyIf this sounds like the opportunity youve been waiting for, wed love to hear from you!
