About the Role As a Customer Service Representative , youll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. What Youll Do : Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries , including: Providing account balances Replacing debit and credit cards Updating personal information Resolving issues with online banking Investigating transactions and disputes Managing fraud inquiries Logging complaints and capturing feedback Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling. About You Were looking for individuals with: Customer service experience (highly desirable) A genuine interest in banking or financial services Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment A Grade 10 qualification (or equivalent) Training Period (On-Site) Weeks 13 : Classroom training, MondayFriday, 9:00 am5:30 pm (NSW time) Weeks 47 : On-the-job training, MondayFriday.
