We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.Job DescriptionThis role is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in managing multiple sites, and a passion for working with children.We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services ranging from Pakenham and nearby Services. This Permanent Part-time position is 25 hours per week, with split shifts from 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday - Friday.As a Mobile Coordinator, you will be on the go, travelling as an OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support service delivery.Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activitiesEnsure quality and compliance in service delivery, working with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomesLead training, performance, and development in the serviceMinimise risk and manage safety in servicesWhat to expectWork across numerous services, providing leadership, support, and program delivery.Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects, and other activities.Implement creative programs and develop meaningful relationships.Next steps?
