We have over 30,000 employees across 77 offices in 41 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.Job DescriptionProvide Windows, software, and hardware support, onsite in a corporate environmentStage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users following best business practicesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for a variety of technologyConfigure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices & other audio/visual equipmentTroubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivityFollow appropriate KB articlesManage workload via ticketing softwarePrioritize and complete work in a group and independently with minimal supervisionCommunicate technical information to non-technical audiencesSmart Hands remote support for offsite resolver groupsInventory management of IT assets including asset auditingOther duties as assignedJob Requirements Details:Requirements+1 years corporate deskside support or equivalent experienceExcellent troubleshooting capabilityAbility to maintain composure while handling challenging, dynamic, rapid-response user supportExperience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suiteExperience with computer imaging software and data migration processes (e.g., SCCM, Intune)Experience with endpoint protection and encryption (Bitlocker) supportFamiliarity with using remote desktop support toolsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMaintain valid driver''s licenseWalk, bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift equipment up to 50 poundsDemonstrate high level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skillsMaintain neat and professional work area and appearance in compliance with site policiesAbility to pass standard panel drug screening and background checkAdhere to assigned shift scheduleDesired CharacteristicsA+ CertificationMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)Windows architecture including permissions and file structureMac/Apple experience, a plusExperience with Basic network concepts (Active Directory / Workstation - Domain Trust Relationship)Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
