Were incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.We have an exciting new opportunity for people to join our overnight crew and develop their hospitality skills as our Croydon store transitions to operating 24 hours a day.Our crew members are the lifeblood of every Guzman y Gomez restaurant. Youll be on the front line greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, preparing orders, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, keeping the restaurant tidy, and there are opportunities to learn other roles across the team.For those more interested in working in the kitchen, youll be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem-solving and weighing in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. Youll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.There are several opportunities available, with full-time, part-time and casual positions on offer.About youYoull ideally have experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles and/or other fast-paced environments.Youre eager, ready to learn, and willing to put in the effort to do your best work.Youll bring a can do attitude to every shift and will support your fellow crew members.You have the legal right to work in Australia.Theres so much you can gain from a career at GYG.
