PepsiCo Foods Canada has part-time openings in the Frito Lay Distribution Center for a LASR Driver. Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement for this position. Under supervision, performs warehouse duties involved in preparing daily route trucks with accurate product selection following pre-printed pick sheets. Ability to deliver business results by meeting and exceeding target goals. Sort, tie and stack cardboard, as well as conduct physical inventories as required. Deployed on a day-to-day, routine basis against all facets of warehouse operations; in addition, incumbents must demonstrate high levels of performance against these tasks.ResponsibilitiesConducting pre/post-trip truck inspections to ensure proper and safe handling conditionsSafely transporting product to and from a specified location, in a pre-determined sequenceVerifying order accuracy prior to deliveryLoading and unloading product to and from box trucksCompleting required paperwork (Daily driver logs, Signature of Receipts, etc.)Verifying and retrieving all carton returns, product returns, and other return itemsInteracting with customers, sales team, and warehouse personnel on a daily basisQualificationsValid G Class Drivers LicenseClean drivers abstractExperience with a 5-ton vehicle considered an assetGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to complete routes safely in all weather conditionsAbility to handle high-pressure situations #J-18808-Ljbffr
