We are one team, working together to get things done.Job Description:Office Location:Mid County, Texas, United StatesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Process financial transactions promptly and accurately.Strictly adhere to all bank policies and procedures.Prioritize client demands.Provide impeccable customer service.Communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues.Maintain understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures.Participate in job-specific training, various bank training programs such as customer service, and comply with BSA, AML, and all bank policies and procedures as required. Perform other duties as assigned.Actively participate in the Customer Service First program and support organizational values, following established policies and procedures.Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.Saturday hours and holiday hours may be required based on your branch''s hours of operation.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Self-starting team player with a High School diploma or GED.Possess one of the following:Bachelor''s Degree6 months of previous teller experience within the financial industry6 months of cash handling experience (including balancing a cash drawer) in retail customer serviceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Microsoft programs; excellent written and oral communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.This position can be mentally and physically demanding, requiring standing for most of the workday, and lifting or moving heavy currency and coin bags weighing up to 60 pounds.Must be able to work flexible and extended hours as needed.Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.Saturday and holiday hours may be required based on branch hours.PREFERRED SKILLS:Bilingual in English and Spanish.The above statements reflect the general details necessary to understand the principal functions of the job and are not exhaustive of all work requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discriminate against employees or applicants based on inquiries about, discussions of, or disclosures of pay, except as legally permitted.
