Your next opportunity We are offering temporary full-time and part-time positions for Diploma-qualified Child Care educators within our not-for-profit Child Care Services, which meet or exceed national quality education standards. Roles are available across Long Day Care, Pre-School, Vacation Care, and Before and After School Care settings in multiple locations within the Penrith LGA. Your day will involve Supporting educational leaders in coordinating activities and programs to create stimulating learning environments for children Assisting in implementing programming tailored to children aged 0 to 12 years Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and the community Maintaining records related to attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones What Are We Looking For Experience and passion for working with children in nurturing environments Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Working with Children Check (WWC) Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis, CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012) Ability to follow safeguarding priorities Team player with organizational values Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks Availability between 6:30am - 6pm Whats On Offer Career development opportunities with study support and skills mapping 15 days personal leave per year Health and wellbeing leave 18 weeks paid maternity leave Access to fitness passport and Ripples Leisure Centres Hourly rate: $34.22 - $39.61 plus 11.5% superannuation.
