Due to continual growth across our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Traffic Management Designer to join our team based in head office in Campbellfield.Responsibilities:Obtaining planning approval from Project Managers, Council, and VicRoadsPerforming and submitting project RSAs where necessarySite meetings with clientsLiaising with clients on plansLiaising with Traffic Controllers for onsite variationsManaging traffic plan variationsAttaching all relevant documentation to applications, e.g., risk assessmentResponding to Desktop RSAsCreating purchase ordersOther duties as required by Construction ManagerMinimum Requirements:A person with traffic management design experience who is wanting to become part of an expanding, inclusive, and team-focused business. They must:Hold relevant traffic control tickets: RIIWHS205D & RIIWHS302D and/or TC1 or TMI1 or aboveWhite Card Construction IndustryCertificate in Design and Construction of Traffic Management Plans: RIICWD503D (Must have obtained in the last 2 years)TMD1 or AboveGeneral knowledge of road construction, timeframes, and proceduresHave a sound knowledge of WHS in road maintenance environmentMinimum 2 years working experience as a Traffic Management DesignerDemonstrated ability to problem solve, conflict resolution, and decision makingDemonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess team player valuesDemonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team membersBe outcomes-focused and have the ability to plan and keep organizedWorking with Trafman Solutions:Picture yourself as a valued member of the team, surrounded by people who challenge you to be your best self, want to see you succeed, and inspire you to be extraordinary.
