Our convenient locations and new technology enable a seamless recycling experience at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.As a Casual Depot Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in sorting their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDelivering outstanding customer service to our customersSorting recyclable items into their correct categoriesTransporting items to the relevant storage area, using forklift or manual handlingWelcoming and assisting customers with their recycling products to encourage return visitsCash handlingEnsuring staff adhere to all health and safety procedures, highlighting hazards, faults, or risksContinuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfactionEnsuring staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficientlyTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will HavePrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, or retailExperience with Excel and OutlookA positive ''can do'' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactionsAt Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
