Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre, our vibrant Birdie is seeking a talented culinary enthusiast to join us as a Chef de Partie. Job Description: As a curious and colourful team member like Birdie, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional food with an authentic and welcoming style. Experience in a venue or hotel environment is desirable, and leadership experience is essential. Qualifications: Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment. Excellent technical knowledge with experience in various cooking techniques and styles. Proven experience leading staff. Strong communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to maintain high and consistent standards. Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including mornings.
