Experience in a venue or hotel environment is desirable, and leadership experience is essential. Qualifications: Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment. Excellent technical knowledge with experience in various cooking techniques and styles. Proven experience leading staff. Strong communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to maintain high and consistent standards. Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including mornings.
