You will join a small team and be supported by great management.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as a Car Park Attendant in your designated car parks.Promote and consistently focus on delivering outstanding customer service for the public.Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.Some understanding around WHS (desirable)Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable;Lliaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders; andMonitoring and reporting on car park performance.Ability to drive vehicles/park within designated areas that the car park operations requireAbout YouDemonstrated customer service experienceAvailability to work Monday-SundayFull working rights and Drivers LicenceA National Police CheckAbility to work autonomously and to make independent decisionsExceptional conflict resolution skillsAbility to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided)If you are interested in these opportunities, click on apply and submit your resume today!At Wilson Parking, we are building a workforce that is representative of the community we protect.
