We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed of employees from around 30 different nationalities.Reimagine whats possible at Air Products.We are looking for a Customer Master Data based in Barcelona.As a Customer Master Data, you will:Be accountable for managing the administration of all Customer related data.Process all Customer Master Data inputs and changes.Handle all data entry requests and queries received.Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations.Ensure compliance with legal requirements.Identify and communicate gaps, queries, and errors.Maintain a high standard of customer service.Support the implementation of the price increase programs.Inform Supervisors of any issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as upcoming major contract renewals.Be the primary contact with the country-based account management team, as well as commercial and query teams.You will have:Native / Advanced proficiency in Polish, fluent in English; any other language is a plus.Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries.PC literate, proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.Desire to learn SAP for data handling and reporting.Ability to work independently and within a team, building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Ability to adhere to global work procedures.What we offer:At Air Products, we work in an environment where safety comes first, diversity is essential, inclusion is our culture, and each person knows they belong and matter.We are the worlds largest hydrogen producer and experts in delivering safe, end-to-end solutions, investing in real, clean energy projects at scale, and driving the industry forward to generate a cleaner future.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a culture of respect, challenge, and innovation with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
