The RoleWe are offering a full-time, permanent position for an experienced Drafter.This role offers more than just a drafting desk its an opportunity to grow your technical skills, be part of a dynamic team, and build a long-term career pathway.As a Drafter at TBE Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering detailed and accurate documentation for a variety of engineering and remedial projects. You will:Prepare high-quality drawings, plans, and models for building remedial works, facade upgrades, and structural repairs;Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to translate technical concepts into clear, precise documentation;Assist with the preparation of design and construction documentation packages;Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. Is This You?If you can answer ''yes'' to the following, we want to hear from you:You have 2+ years experience as a Drafter, ideally within the building services, structural, or remedial sectors;You are highly proficient with AutoCAD (experience with Revit or other 3D modelling software is a bonus!);You have excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality;You are confident interpreting engineering sketches and markups accurately;You have strong communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team;You are organised, deadline-driven, and take pride in your work;You have a good understanding of construction methods and relevant Australian Standards.
