They connect Dysons innovative technology with shoppers and owners.Main responsibilities include:Deliver hands-on demonstrations showcasing Dyson products across various categories.Achieve individual and store KPIs, including sales targets, customer service, and store profitability.Utilize the 4Es How to Sell framework: Engage, Explore, Explain, and Execute.Proactively approach customers, generate interest, and provide product guidance.Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-displayed and operational.Build strong relationships with store management and staff to promote Dyson brand awareness.About YouYou should understand retail principles, such as visual merchandising and sales targets, with a keen interest in technology and the ability to explain how Dyson machines differ.
