They believe in providing opportunities for learning to be child-centric and play-based, taking reference from the Early Years Learning Framework of Belonging, Being, Becoming, while also incorporating the teaching methods and theories of early childhood practitioners.Role Overview:Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, enhance educational programs for children, and work closely with the leadership team to embed high-quality practices. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will actively support every child to participate, thrive, and achieve. Working closely with your team, you will ensure high-quality, play-based, and child-led educational programs that reflect the principles and practices of the Early Years Learning Framework, in line with the National Quality Standard.Responsibilities:Implementing a holistic approach to enhance each childs individual abilities and interestsCreating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, and productive learning environmentCreating and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, carers, and other team membersKeeping records of childrens progress, routines, and interestsEnsuring compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practicesThorough understanding of mandatory reporting obligationsThorough understanding of the rights of the childAbility to engage children in activities appropriate to their interests and abilitiesAbility to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with childrenWillingness to learn and continue to learn alongside children and our teamsAbility to communicate effectively with parents, children, colleagues, and other stakeholdersAbility to follow directions and undertake tasks at all levelsPossess the personal attributes of optimism, resilience, and flexibilityQualifications and other requirements:Cert III or Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)Minimum 2 Years of experience in an Early Childhood ServiceExperience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten programKnowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards.Have valid First Aid and CPRHave valid working with children checkExperience in the development and delivery of high-quality early years education programs.High level interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop team members and oversee the delivery of the kindergarten program.A passion and enthusiasm for learningA desire to create warm, secure, and inviting learning spaces for childrenExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsBe able to enhance a great team environmentWe help you to realise your true potential and reach your career goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
