You will guide potential students on their journey to discover their calling and achieve their goals, and play a vital part in representing Alphacrucis to future students across a range of audiences and faculties.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild Connections: Engage with prospective students through video meetings, phone calls, and in-person interactions at events. Be an ambassador for Alphacrucis and offer helpful, tailored guidance in their educational journey.Achieve Goals: Work diligently to meet and surpass new student targets for each intake. Your enthusiasm and ability to drive results while maintaining a supportive approach is crucial.Utilise Technology: Leverage CRM tools effectively to ensure timely, accurate communication. Ensure all interactions align with our guidelines and drive toward conversion.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to identify areas for growth and improve the future student experience.What Were Looking ForWere seeking a candidate who is not only driven by performance goals but also skilled in building trust and connection with others.
