This role focuses on supporting customer-directed care for both our residential care home and retirement village customers, promoting independence as well as social well-being. As a Community Facilitator, youll also need:Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to implement an innovative and interdisciplinary lifestyle and wellbeing model of careDemonstrated ability to collaboratively implement and coordinate a team approach to service deliveryDemonstrated experience in leading and managing staff in a manner that promotes high levels of engagement and collective achievement of objectivesDemonstrated ability to drive a culture of exceptional customer serviceDemonstrated ability in developing and implementing community, lifestyle, and wellness activities, practices, policies, and proceduresKnowledge and application of relevant legislation, standards, and industry regulationsWhat our people love about working hereOne team, united in our purpose: We support our older people to feel known, loved, and connected.
