Excellent team and company culture Opportunities for growth and development Ongoing casual with the potential for permanency On-site parkingDuties of the role include (but are not limited to): Set and operate Centerless Grinding and Coherent Laser CNC machines Ensure production meets quality specifications and maximize machine efficiency Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance Collaborate with engineering on new product development Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies Manage quick set-ups and change-overs to optimize machine efficiency and productivityEssential skills and requirements: Possess a Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent Strong experience in a busy GMP manufacturing environment Proven machine operating experience with troubleshooting skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with tight tolerances Experience in managing quick set-ups and change-overs, and implementing process improvements using "lean" principles is highly regardedApplications in Word Format only (No PDF documents please).
