The Mentor will be working across Auburn, Blacktown, Merrylands, Parramatta, St. Marys sites.The In Work Support Mentor has a primary focus of:Forming solid ongoing relationships with both participants and employersMaximising participants retention in ongoing sustainable employmentEnsuring participants reach 4, 12- and 26-week employment outcomes and beyondThe role addresses challenges and implements resolution strategies for participants potentially falling out of employment.
