Your main responsibility will be executing outbound activities such as phone calls, emails, and other methods to qualify leads, schedule demos for our Business Development team. You will also work closely with our Marketing team on outbound campaigns to drive significant impact in our expansion efforts.Wed be delighted if youre already working in the digital health or wider healthcare industry.Responsibilities: Outbound: Cold calls to book meetings for sales team and discovery calls to meet / exceed KPIs Qualify: Assess and qualify inbound leads Discovery Calls: Conduct initial calls to understand prospect needs and pain points Book meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for sales team CRM: Accurately log all interactions, notes, and lead statuses Collaboration: Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance Process: Follow the process in a disciplined manner and identify and suggest improvements.Attributes: At least 2 years of experience in a similar Outbound Business Development Representative role Experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies Ability to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline Strong time management skills and attention to detail Committed to consistently achieving and exceeding goals Capable of working independently and as part of a supportive team.A modern organisation with genuine values and a high-performance culture.We thrive on helping healthcare teams deliver the best possible care to their patients.World class solution trusted by leading Australian hospitals thats growing internationallyAutonomy to do your best work and see the direct impact your contribution has in the real world.Join our team and be at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
