Youll be part of the engine room of the branch, helping with dispatch, stock control, receipting, and maintaining a well-run site.Key Responsibilities:Support branch admin functions: invoicing, dispatching, receipting, stock controlAssist with warehousing: receive, check, store, and present products in the branchPlan and execute deliveries efficiently, while keeping our workplace safe and cleanCollaborate with the Branch Manager, Regional Business Manager, Key Account Managers, and the Sales team as One TeamIdentify process improvements and contribute to branch performanceWhat Were Looking For as You Grow Forward with Muirs:Solid Industry Experience: Background in Ag merchandise, stores, or operationsReliability & Initiative: You stay ahead of the curve and dont wait to be askedOrganisational Strength: Youre on top of the detail, but dont lose sight of the bigger pictureCustomer Focus: You value relationships and always seek to add valueTechnology Capable: Competent with systems such as Pronto or similar ERPs.
