The work we do positively impacts the lives of older people and their families.It really is work you can feel good about.The opportunityReporting to the Organisational Capability Delivery and Operations Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality coordination and learning administration services to support the delivery of learning programs and activities across the department. This includes coordinating course logistics, providing reporting and analytics, a maintenance schedule of learning content, policy and procedures, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers.At over 84 locations supported by 12,000 employees across Australia, there are endless opportunities to grow or progress your career in any way you want. We ultimately believe in unleashing all talent to create a better experience for our residents, families and employees.What you will bring to the roleBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is desirableExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning file administration and management.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors technology will be highly regarded.Experience coordinating and working with multiple learning technologies, including e-learning, blended programmes, face to face learning, virtual classrooms (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) and social learningHighly organised and able to coordinate multiple learning initiatives concurrentlyCustomer service experience in providing an effective and efficient learning operations, responding and resolving enquiriesDemonstrated experience in creating and maintaining processesAnalytical skills and experience with reporting and analysis to demonstrate the team output and learning impactProficient with Microsoft Office 365 SuiteWhat our people love about working hereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
