If youre a motivated and organized individual, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.Create and manage templates and project documents using Dashpivot, including SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements).Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with our accountant.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.Coordinate travel arrangements and book accommodation when required.Manage the renewal of business vehicle insurances and registrations.Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.Keep schedules up to date and assist in general office organization.Assist in social media content creation and upload posts to our platforms weekly.Liaise with the business director and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Skills & Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in office software, including MS Office, with at least moderate Excel skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment.Basic knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping, specifically XERO, is required.Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a bonus.Requirements:A valid driver''s license.Personal vehicle (preferred).Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Milperra, NSW, at least 3 days per week.What We Offer:A high degree of autonomy and ability to expand the role.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits.We are open to various employment types including part-time, and full-time for the right candidate; however, the required availability is Monday to Friday.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
