Key duties include: Responding to after-sales service calls professionally and courteously Ensuring products are installed and functioning according to specifications and standards Diagnosing and repairing appliances efficiently and accurately Installing and commissioning appliances based on quotes Attending Rheem training sessions across product ranges including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, and Solahart Adhering to health and safety guidelines for self and the public About You We seek a committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable individual who possesses: A licensed Plumber (contractor''s license) Restricted Electrical license Current NSW driver''s license Comfort with electronic communication and devices Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus How to Apply If you are interested, please submit your application through our website.
