You''ll partner with the Client Services Team to deliver marketing solutions that balance the project scope, data and big, unique ideas. A key part of your role will be developing comprehensive initial strategy pieces for new clients while simultaneously elevating our own profile and brand presence. You''ll lead marketing initiatives that position our clients as leaders and demonstrate a clear and measurable ROI. No pressure.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Client Marketing (35%)Develop marketing strategies that align with both Start''s creative vision and our clients'' business goalsCreate compelling initial strategy documents for new clients that set the foundation for successful partnershipsImplement marketing plans that drive measurable engagement, conversions, and brand growthMonitor campaign performance and optimise based on data while maintaining creative excellenceChallenge conventional marketing approaches to deliver results that traditional methods couldn''t achieveStart''s Marketing (20%)Lead the strategic direction and execution of Start''s brand marketingDevelop content that positions Start as Perth''s creative hubManage our social media presence, website, and other marketing channels to reflect our unique voiceCreate case studies and thought leadership pieces that showcase our disruptive approachCollaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business development goalsTeam Management (15%)Lead and mentor a marketing team that combines ambition with supportive teamworkEncourage creative thinking and curiosity across all marketing initiativesEnsure consistent quality control for all marketing deliverablesProvide clear, direct and constructive feedback to help team members growBuild a collaborative team culture with shared accountability for successes and challengesCross-Functional Collaboration (20%)Work closely with Client Services Team to understand and meet client objectivesCollaborate with creative, technology and marketing specialists on integrated campaignsParticipate in client meetings to provide marketing expertise in clear, jargon-free languageContribute fresh marketing perspectives that challenge clients to consider new approachesSupport Client Services Team with technical marketing knowledge for client presentationsBusiness Growth & Innovation (10%)Identify new marketing opportunities for existing clientsParticipate in innovative side projects to explore emerging marketing technologiesSupport the studios growth ambitions through marketing excellenceIntegrate new technologies into marketing strategies in meaningful waysQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven track record of successful campaign development and executionStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing)Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with marketing analytics tools and reportingStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional organisational and multitasking skillsIf youve made it this far its worth mentioning we encourage our people to think weird.
