Working hours are Monday Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.If you would be keen to join us, we are now seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our team who can:Provide a high level of customer service and reception support, at all times inclusive of answering phones, handling enquiries, greeting clients and visitors (including contractors), and responding to queries received via email.Handling of client queries such as parent and family queries, taking referrals and triaging of referrals, ensuring that when dealing with client queries that they are responded to in a timely manner through a child safe lense and maintaining Parkerville principals to ensure disclosures are managed appropriately and the appropriate Parkerville staff are notified.Assist the Support services team with data entry and maintaining various databases with accurate information and excellent attention to detailProvide support to the community services team with client-related tasks, i.e., SMS reminders, cancelling, booking, and rescheduling appointments.Take detailed, accurate and grammatically correct minutes when required and ensure they are typed up and distributed to the meeting attendees.Other duties as that are reasonable as directed by the Team Leader Safety, Fleet, and the Executive General Manager Support ServicesThe successful candidate for this role will be able to:Certified in Business Administration or certified in Workplace Health and Safety (desirable)Advanced computer and literacy skills both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft 365, SharePointPrevious industry experience would be desirableDemonstrated ability to process complex information, trauma informed is essentialExceptional attention to detail, grammar, and spellingParkerville Children and Youth Care are uniquely positioned to provide the successful applicant with the following benefits.SCHADS Schedule PayPoint and Level 2.1 $33.41 per hour.EAP Service with Wellness resourcesSalary Packaging of up to $15,900Parkerville Children and Youth Care have a zero tolerance to alcohol and drugs.It is essential that all applicants meet the above criteria and are permitted to work and remain in Australia with no limitations.We hope to hear from you by 4:00pm, Wednesday, 14 May 2025.
