About the role We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our Sustainability team, supporting the underground mines at Mungari Gold Operations. The role involves coaching staff on risk management and safety procedures, ensuring systems are understood and effective. The position offers opportunities for professional development and stakeholder engagement. About you You are a passionate health and safety professional with a ''safety first'' mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. You should have: Tertiary Qualifications in Health and Safety At least 2 years of operational experience in open pit, gold processing, or exploration mining Experience facilitating risk assessments Auditing qualification (highly regarded) Underground mining experience (highly regarded) Experience with INX and Pronto systems (highly regarded) Ability to write and review management plans and procedures Additional information This is a full-time role on an 8:6 (12-hour) day roster, based either residentially or FIFO from Perth.
