If you seek a business that invests in your development rather than just being ''another number,'' this is the opportunity for you.If you thrive on challenges and are looking for a long-term career in the Healthcare Industry, then this could be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and organize servicing of our products, including allocating service technicians, coordinating spare parts, and ensuring jobs are completed within service level agreements.Raise transfers for spare parts and liaise with procurement on ETAs to ensure availability.Monitor, manage, and report on service KPIs, especially technician utilization and resources.Support field technical enquiries and provide assistance as needed.Provide general administrative support to the Service Team.Liaise with Customers, Field Technicians, and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.Qualifications & QualitiesOrganized, motivated, and proactive.Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for connecting with people.Genuine desire to help others with your knowledge and abilities.Self-motivated, creative, and able to problem solve.Customer-focused attitude.Flexible ''can do'' attitude.SAP experience is a plus but not required.What We OfferFlexible working arrangements.Supportive team environment.Extensive training and coaching.To learn more, visit www.ilsau.com.au.
