With innovative products, an omni-channel imaging solution, and a commitment to new technologies, this is an exciting time to join Fujifilm.The role:Provide 1st level technical and customer support to Fujifilm Minilab/Software customersDeliver remote network support services for our range of Minilab hardware and software equipmentWrite technical procedures/guides for internal useSupport projects in cloud-based systemsUndertake the various administrative and record-keeping tasks associated with the provision of these services.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat about you?You will be a proactive, collaborative team player with a can do attitude who can also work independently.Your skills and experience:Experience in a phone-based customer service role in a technical/software environmentProficient in Microsoft programs and have an interest in learning new IT skillsStrong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environmentHigh levels of initiative to continually update your skillsIdeally, some experience with photo processingAn understanding of software and networking is essential.
