About the OpportunityHCA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Parts Coordinator to join the Western division. Based in our in our Remanufacturing team, this position will see you focus on the coordination and supply of quality parts to internal stakeholders, maintaining a high level of service delivery whilst achieving and exceeding sales targets.Reporting to the WA Remanufacturing Manager you will be responsible for:Interpreting, identifying and supplying parts to meet customer requirementsLiaise with corporate office, manufacturer and/or supplier on matters pertaining to customers, parts availability, parts provisioning, product, pricing, competition and warrantySourcing parts externally as requiredInitiating invoices for parts and resolving invoice and purchase order discrepanciesUpdating and maintain computer records including MS DynamicsTo be successful you will:Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything elseHave previous experience in a parts environmentA developed mechanical understandingHigh level of computer literacy, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageousBenefitsWork with a global leader and make a big difference in a company that stands in its own right.
