Due to continued growth, they''re now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler to the pre-construction team.This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo.The Role:Reporting to the Group Scheduling Manager, you will:Produce accurate bill of quantitiesReview job costings and documentation to ensure accuracyProcess on site variationsProvide support to the Construction TeamEnsure accurate take offs of material quantities from plansObtain quotes from suppliersIssuing orders to suppliersCalculate the cost of a proposed projectAssist with bids for new contracts and buying activitiesProviding assistance with daily queries and orders to the Site SupervisorsAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:1+ years Scheduling experience for a Residential builderA positive and self-motivated approach to your workExcellent communication skillsWhat''s in it for you?This role would suit somebody who enjoys Estimating, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.$100K + super (Depending on your experience)Onsite parking NORIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply now or contact Ian Bond on 0424 150 536 for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
