They possess knowledge of core design principles, data modeling, project methodologies, and have a proven track record of successful delivery.About YouWe seek driven, innovative consultants passionate about technology and problem-solving. You excel at simplifying complex ideas, understanding client needs, and proactively driving solutions to completion.Basic QualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, ORAt least 6 years of experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, ORAt least 6 years in HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Australian Public Service domains.Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance, or already possess one.Experience leading an integration workstream in software implementation.Other QualificationsExperience working with or within the Australian Public Service.Deep understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.Active Workday Implementer or PRO Certification is advantageous.Participation in at least 3 full lifecycle software implementations.Advanced skills in EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, or similar technologies.Expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.Comprehensive understanding of all stages of software implementation, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills.Passion for learning new technologies.Excellent customer service orientation.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Our Approach to Flexible WorkOur Flex Work model combines in-office and remote work, allowing at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or with clients, fostering connection and flexibility.
