As one of the countrys leading retirement living providers, were committed to helping our residents live well, stay connected, and enjoy the lifestyle they choose.We are currently seeking a passionate and community-minded Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Levande Salford Park in Wantirna, Victoria.About the RoleThis is a part-time, onsite position, working Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 3:30pmideal for someone looking for a meaningful role with flexibility.As a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will champion the health, wellbeing and connectedness of our residents. Youll work closely with residents and their families, as well as internal and external partners, to support individual wellness goals and facilitate access to tailored services such as Home Care, health education, social activities, and aged care planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport residents in developing and reviewing personalised Wellbeing Plans.Connect residents with appropriate services, including home care, aged care, and community health resources.Partner with the Resident Social Committee to deliver monthly activity calendars and community events.Assist new residents during their transition into village life, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.Maintain accurate wellbeing and emergency information using Levandes systems and processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.About YouYou are warm, organised, and people-focused, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
