The Growth & Retention team focuses on attracting new users while retaining existing ones by leveraging competitive pricing, rewards, and programs to enhance user engagement and loyalty.Experience Requirements & Role Expectations:5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferredHas experience of managing multiple stakeholders with agile development processProficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototypingA strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products or mobile applications that with complexitiesGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in EnglishGood visual skills, familiarity with components usageThe Product Designer is an experienced problem solver for the areas with high complexity. He/she will work closely with Product stakeholders to collaborate and execute on the product teams roadmap and milestones.The Designer also possesses domain knowledge and expertise of the products or initiatives, to co-create future partner-centric product strategy or roadmap with your stakeholders.
