Identifying and developing sales opportunities specifically within the mid-market segment through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Conduct discovery calls to understand the unique needs and requirements of mid-market clients, tailoring our solutions to their specific circumstances.Qualify and route potential opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and eventual closure.Research mid-market accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Employment Hero''s offerings for this market.Maintain and expand your database of mid-market prospects within your assigned segment.Collaborate with the sales team to conduct effective online demonstrations of our software to mid-market prospects when necessary.Who you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, youll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
